PASTELS AND CHALK
CHALKBOARD CHALK
Designed for chalkboards, these ground pigments are a school room
favorite and come in a variety of colors and grades. They can also be
used for detail in
sidewalk drawings, in conjunction with sidewalk chalk that comes in
larger sticks.

PASTELS
Soft pastels - Finely ground, pure pigments in an extra-fine kaolin
clay binder. Sometimes these sticks are paper-wrapped.
Hard pastels - Hard pastels that are easy to use and produce very
little dust. Richly pigmented, these pastels are ideal for sketching
and tight drawing with the edge of the stick, or using the broad side
to lay in large areas of color.
