Poet's Corner

From time to time we will present poetry sent in by our members. The following is from Jeanne Wolf:

When Horses Dream

When horses dream, they have such fun.
They prance through mist, and dance and run
Fairies braid bright flowers in a mane
While angels chase away the rain;

When horses dream, they have such fun
New worlds begin when day is done.
Running, running, free to play
in fields of flowers, piles of hay.

When horses dream, they have such fun
It's their secret,
Don't tell anyone.

Jeanne Wolf, 1992
