My philosophy of art is realism. I have always painted the subject matter of my environment, depicting people in their daily activities -- capturing the character of their persons as well as their possessions. My primary medium is acrylic on canvas.

Rabb has a B.A. degree in Art from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina but is primarily self-taught. He is a member of the Associated Artists of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Stathmore Friends in Bethesda, Maryland. Rabb currently resides in Washington DC.
